Amazing couples getaway
This couples resort is amazing.my hubby and i went for my birthday.check in was rather easy.we went to our room and discovered there was a malfunction with our ceiling lights in the bedroom. We called the operator and within seconds maintenance came and told us the issue needed to get fix.i believe his name was Bart he was so understanding and genuine he called the front desk and within seconds we were transferred to the room next door.Bart helped us move our things and he even setup our fireplace.the champagne tower was beautiful the pool was amazing . I definitely would recommend this beautiful getaway

Nice stay but-
The stay was great overall but I would like to see more variety on the dinner menu.We stayed at Pocono Palace last February 2024 and the dinner menu changed every night. I would also like to see more vanity lights for shaving and makeup. I would also like to see where you could excess Netflix, Amazon Prime or other services like this being they don’t want you to use your amazon stick like other places.

Very clean property and room upon arrival. However, turn down service daily did not arrive for fresh sheets and towels even with door placard on notifying of need. Pool in room was not heated even though it was supposed to be, firplace in room did not have screen attached either. Rest of experience was great however.

Great place for couples!
Very much enjoyed our stay! It had more features than we even realized. It felt like staying at a summer camp, but only for adults. Loved being a little remote and close to nature but also having modern amenities and restaurants nearby if needed.

A nightmare . They dont honor check in times and they charge you more money if you want late check out. Staff are terribly rude and not accomadating. Games are rushed and half assed. Deejay was great and food and beverage staff jason and beyonce. Asked for ice bucket got a popcorn bucket. It really was worst vacation i have ever had and it was 100 percent the staff with absolutely no standards. Tgey need new management. Lisa was kind but she needs to read the reviews and see its a easy fix .

Mini Weekend Getaway
It was a cute little getaway place for a weekend! There was a haunted trail for Halloween and it definitely was a spooky experience for sure. Staff was attentive and friendly. There was archery, bowling, arcade, pools, biking, hiking trail, paddle boat, nightclub, etc. Would say activities was enough for 2-3 night stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Booked the champagne tower room, very spacious!

Room was very clean. The only thing I saw that I thought needed replacing was the rusty fireplace in the pool room. Just made it look dirty even though it wasn’t. Loved all the activities they have onsite. You really don’t need to leave once you get there- plenty to do. Shot my first bow and arrow and got a bullseye! Did not see the indoor pool but the outdoor pool was open and very nice. It was too cold outside for me but some people were using it. Could use some updated electrical connections such as USB ports on the lamps or outlets. All in all it was a great place and would definitely come back in the future!

Room was nice but pool area and front door had rust and water not heated. Check in was a disappointment. We arrived at 3pm. My understanding is check in is at 3:30pm . Room not ready until after 5pm. staff defensive when I inquired. I was told there were four people waiting for same room disappointing. Not something I would tell a customer especially without an apology for the long wait. Dining staff Justin and a young man who took care of us for dinner outstanding. Bed and jacuzzi was nice. Did not care for fireplace in pool area instead of bedroom. Check in staff need improvement with customer service. When I said good afternoon it was not acknowledged I was told first thing I need your ID n credit card not welcoming. Recommend all guests be greeted with eye contact and welcome to Paradise Stream how can I assist you instead of ok first ID n credit card. A group of people by fire pit shared their negative experience with check in i.e long lines rude staff etc. Advice to frontline team first impression makes a lasting impression. Entertainment n activities nice. Thank you
