Upon arriving, we were helped with our bags and given a welcome refreshment, which was so lovely, especially after a long travel. We arrived before check-in time (two hours prior), and so we waited by the pool with our drinks, which was an amazing and breathtaking view. However, we had assumed that someone would come to get us when our rooms were ready, but no one did. Ten minutes before our check-in time, we decided to go and ask. The very nice receptionist said she would check. She looked at her computer and announced that it was in fact ready. We wished that someone would have gotten us as we waited quite a long time. But we assumed they must have been busy. The view from our room was beautiful, but the room itself was very basic. For the price that you are paying, we had expected something a little more, but the view and the pool were gorgeous. Again, at this hotel, you are mostly paying for location more than anything else. Our first night, we had no hot water as well. But once my husband spoke to the receptionist, they sent someone right away. The hot water was back twenty minutes later. That was nice, especially since it was approx. 11pm when this happened. Great service on that front! The breakfast was awesome too! So much to choose from! We were very happy with it! We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat but would not pay the same we had paid this time around. If it was a little cheaper, a definite recommendation!
