It was $65 so expectations were low. But the customer service was none.
Asked for extra pillows and they had to be asked multiple times and in the end never brought them.
Asked for a fan and they said sure and never showed up. When we went to ask about it they said “the fans are for the housekeepers.” So they had them told us they would bring one, never showed and said they were only for housekeeping use.
Under the bed was horrifying. Old food, trash.
Our card to get on the room didn’t work over and over. Not once, not twice, not three times… but 4 times in 2 days we had to go have the cards reprogrammed.
The HVAC unit was loud, not good him loud, but I’m about to break and I’m making these final gasping, grinding, crunching loud.
On the positive the breakfast was OK. The bed was actually comfortable and it was close to the airport.
It was a $65 hotel but if you pay anymore you will be very disappointed.
