My Favourite Boutique Hotel in Nantes
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Billie in Nantes. Despite being a small space, it was more than enough for my needs. The hotel is exceptionally clean and feels quite luxurious for the price. I also felt very safe during my stay, which is always a priority for me. The staff were available 24/7 and extremely friendly, always willing to help with any requests. The location is unbeatable, with so much to explore in the area. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Nantes

Lovely hotel, well positioned with easy reach to local attractions, shops etc. Staff were really friendly and helpful. On check in we were informed immediately of an issue with air conditioning in the 2 rooms allocated to our party of 5 so we were given a 3rd room free of charge. I would have liked an iron in my room and maybe teaspoons for making hot drinks but otherwise very happy overall with the facilities and room. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so unable fo comment but saw the fresh paste being delivered on checkout and they looked fresh and delicious

No air conditioning, no fan, no good.
I was put in the loft, with no air conditioning during a sweltering French summer. I asked the reception for a fan. He said they didn't have a single fan in the hotel to give me. I opened the window for air. It was filthy. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel.

Dans l ensemble très bien, l'accueil parfait, la chambre un peu petite, la décoration top, le petit déjeuner très bien.... Réveillés en pleine nuit par l'alarme incendie, nous nous sommes retrouvés à 3H du mat devant l'hôtel.... Heureusement simplement un dysfonctionnement d'un système de détection incendie me semble t il, mais cela a un peu modéré notre point de vue sur l'hôtel, c'est dommage.
