Extremely dated. Beds are at least 30 years old. Water stains and rust on the ceiling. No safe. Park in thr resr. Odor from IHOP is bad. Staff is super friendly.

Everything worked out well. The room itself was perfect. There was a bit of a musty smell in the hall but not the room so all was great. Very convenient to shops around and close enough to Penn State campus and downtown that I’d recommend this as an option.

Everything was very nice. I liked that you catered to dogs. Having the doggy bag stations strategically placed was big. No reason for anyone to not pick up after their dogs. The grounds were very well taken care of.

The room was clean and it was spacious and very comfortable the bathroom was mostly clean and the room. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have to. My main complaint is that the entrance at the back of the hotel doesn't have any security to tap your card so anybody can just come into the hotel through the back and I found that to be very uncomfortable and not safe.
