Great location near the beach and the walking street with lots of restaurants. Also close to the park where all live entertainment was held. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Manuela. The hotel is old and could use some updates and breakfast was good.

This hotel doesn't fullfill the criteria of a 3-star hotel.
I would rate it as a 2-star hotel.
However, the location is great (it's a 4 minute walk to the beaches of Juan Les Pins), the rooms are clean and the service is good.
I would recommend it for a short stay at Juan Les Pins.

Cleanliness was definitely good. Room space was a little tight. Decent breakfast. A solid 3-star experience at a 3-star hotel. Good location about five minutes from the beach. Also well-located for grocery stores, restaurants and boulangeries.

Very good hotel with a small billiard table at the entrance which makes us challenging tournaments with my boy. Clean and vey friendly staff. Just in front of the hotel, tram station is located and you can reach downtown very easily

Room was fine. Clean,would have liked a proper shower rather than bathtub with shower hose. Facility had an elevator. Reason i chose this facility was that I thought there was parking on premises. Had to use public parking but it wasnt far. Staff was very helpful.
