I’ve been using this property for years when I stay in Daytona. I love that it’s close enough to the party yet far enough away from the riff raff. The pool is great and it’s right on the ocean.

A beautiful, quaint inn. Great bang for your buck, rooms appear to have been updated. Right on the beach, with a pool and showers. Definitely coming back again!!

Property was clean but dated. We stayed one night and the staff was great. However, we were arriving after check in hours and that seemed to be a problem for the person answering the phone. When we got there at 11 there were 4 other couples checking in so we are not sure why it was a big deal.

Never again
The room did not have a blackout curtain so everybody walking by could see me. The bathroom is very small to change in since I couldn't do it in the room. I went to use the bathroom at night and there was a roach in the shower. The county gave me a ticket for parking in the area they told me to park in. No point of having a parking pass from them. They have their religion statues everywhere. Idc who you believe in but I shouldn't be subjected to it. The beach was nice.

Property is shown with pool at ocean front. This is why we booked. Upon arrival pool was totally torn out. Called Travelocity about this they said they are not responsible well I feel they have some responsibility about this and asked for compensation. They refused. False advertising and lack of customer service on travelocity

Take my money , what?
Let me start by saying the room was great, convenient to restaurants, and quiet, and now the bad. I booked a room with 2 beds, upon check in, I state I need another parking pass for my guest, it was another $20, then the front clerk ask me, how many pyon the room, I said 4 people, that's why I booked for Two beds, he then saus that will br another $40, so I'm in for additional $60 on top of the almost $200 per night room. I paid it, that being said, I won't be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone, way more hotels near by that want your business, and not just take your money, Hotels.com should remove this location from their site.

The good: location, convenient shopping/food/gas options nearby, easy check-in, friendly staff. Big bed with comfy pillows. The couches in the breezeway are a great addition, but could use more cushions.
The bad: they NEED CURTAINS!! The lights outside each room are so bright, it looked like daytime in the middle of the night. The shower curtain has no liner and gets everything wet.
ALSO, we booked this room with the promise that they're pool is "heated to 82 degrees all year long". It was not. It was ice cold. For what we paid, that was extremely disappointing.
