After an 8 hour drive, I walk into my assigned room only to find it was a mess, beds were not made, blankets thrown on the couch, fridge and microwave left open and the sink faucet was not attached to counter (I have video)
Went back to front counter where initially the employee was giving me attitude about being upset about the room not being ready but later apologized.
Was given a 2nd room and everything seemed fine until I pulled out the sofa couch, there was a pile of cereal under the couch, then I noticed someone had used the microwave and their food had exploded and it was not cleaned up.
Also when trying to use the hotel hair dryer it kept popping the GFI so when I was getting ready for an event I was unable to dry my hair. Needless to say I was unbelievably upset at this point. I Complained again to the front desk and the owner of the building and I was given a email address to the GM, which I did email; let’s see if I hear anything back….just felt like the hotel was filthy and everyone was passing the buck
