Hotel needs major attention
The first room I stay in was 54 degrees during December. When I turned on the heat, I could hear water running in the walls at the register. Room needed cleaned better in some areas and materials need to be replaced. I had to ask to be moved. Second room was extremely warm and the AC did not work. The window had been cracked and left open by the maid, assuming because the room smelled so bad as soon as you walked in. Dealt with the second room however will not stay again.

Gravely Disappointed As A Regular
I stay here routinely with My wife and this is the 1st time we had a subpar rooming condition. There was food in the fridge, trash in the can, and the room was poorly vacuumed. There were signs of previous flooding on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom sink area. The toilet tissue holder us loose and opens when on use.

6/10 Good

Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great. The room smell like mildew. There were toenail clippings on the floor. And the worst my toddler son found a dirty towel in the night stand. It wasn't even a hotel towel. It was black and soiled with what I assume were bedroom bodily fluids. That was disgusting and led to some quick toddler sanitizing. They need to work on their housekeeping but otherwise it was a good stay.

2/10 Poor

Well things went from bad to worse. The level of unprofessionalism that I received by the staff after spending $1706 for an 8 day is disappointing, ridiculous and a clear oversight of how to manage/handle awkward situations.

4/10 Fair

My family and I checked in on 9/11/2024 with a check out date of 9/18/2024. I am leaving early because this room has not been cleaned nor serviced during my 6 day stay. I had to call down to the front desk on 4 different occasions to ask for trash bags, towels, toilet paper and yes more towels. I brought the situation to the General Managers attention with the House Keeping Director present. The House Keeping Director stated that our room had a DND tag on the door one day during the 8 days stay? (so, I guess that means she can use one day as an excuse for not doing her job for the duration of our stay) I asked the Front Desk Representative for assistance and she said that we change the linens on the beds every 3 days (we are on day 6) what a positive and customer service friendly attitude she displays. One of the joys of staying in a hotel is having it cleaned daily. Being treated like a valued customer and shown respect when asking for what you paid for. I asked the GM to make it right and he did nothing! The hotel is dirty, the rooms are not cleaned by the staff, some staff members are rude and lack professionalism and customer service relations, there is carpet is missing from the steps in stairwells, dirty door handles… etc. A disappointing stay ☹

2/10 Poor

The hallway to our room smelled bad, but it was nothing compared to the smell in our room itself. It smelled like the most musty and mold infested basement. It was so bad that we used half a bottle of perfume, which still didn't help enough. We had to go get an air freshner smell and used half a can to make it tolerable. We had to continue to use the spray to keep it so we could stay in the room. Wish we had the money to go to another hotel!! On top of the horrid smell, everything on the 'free' breakfast was cold or did not taste good at all...will definitely steer clear of this place in the future.

2/10 Poor

My experience here was horrible! I feel like I was profiled by the front desk associate, her name is Clarifer. She asked for my id and debit card, which I found a little strange because the guest usually insert their own debit card for payment. While I was filling out the waiver she tapped my debit card on the scanner for the payment. The transaction was approved, she and I both saw this but then an error occurred. She claimed that the payment failed and that my payment wasn't received. I showed her my bank app and it said that the transaction was approved. She then insisted that I call my bank which was also odd but I did and they too said that the payment went through. I asked her multiple times to restart her computer because clearly the error was on her behalf and she refused to do so stating that she had been checking people in all day and didn't have that problem. She had no other solution and was very rude and nonchalant towards me. I frequent this particular hotel a lot and I've never been treated with such disrespect! In the end, I ended up paying for the room again! I had traveled there from Philly, which is a 40 minute drive for me and all I wanted to do was relax. I was very upset and I did call an 800 number to report what happened! I really hope that someone will follow up with me to solve this problem. I should have never been treated this way as a paying customer! Especially since I've been frequenting this hotel for years! It's a slap in the face.
