Overrated hotel
Very long check-in process. Most of the customers were only allowed to check in at 4pm and reminded of their very strict check out policy at 10am (any extra hour could be charged 100 dollars). Basically you have a bunch of potential activities being offered at the resort but with the short amount of hours that you could spend during your stay, you really can't have a full experience. A shame considering that the hotel is not cheap and it has potential.

We had such a great peaceful stay at Simpson Bay Resort. We got checked in fast and convenient when we arrived. It was the slow season in September. But we enjoyed every moment staying at the Simpson Bay Resort for the 1 week we stayed. My highlight of our stay, are from all staff at this resort. They are very kind, always smiling and very welcoming to help you with any inquiries. I want to say Thank you for the shuttle drivers-for their amazing services.They made it so easy and convenient for us to get around the Resort. Please give raise to Sam and Antwan they deserve a special recognition. Sam and Antwan did not only provide amazing service for driving us around the Resort premises but gave genuine information and advise about how to feel confident getting around the Simpson Bay with ease. They carry the best customer service and label the Simpson Bay Resort staff with pride. I can speak highly about Sam and Antwan very professional and genuine staff members. Great memories! Thank you again, Simpson Bay Resort for accommodating us for 1 week. I knew, I picked the right choice selecting the Simpson Bay Resort on Expedia. Highly recommend! Words can’t describe! Must visit!

We really enjoyed out stay at Simpson Bay! We had a few hiccups during our stay including the shower drain smelling when we first arrived and the toilet not flushing the last day but they were quick to correct those issues. The power also went out foe a few minutes everyday but i think this was an island-wide issue not the property's. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they were probably my favorite part of our stay! They also had a resort shuttle that also took us to nearby restaurants (they are getting rid of this service as of oct. 1 which i think is a huge mistake). Beautiful spacious room. And in a really convenient area. Would definitely return!
