I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. O hotel deixou em desejar em alguns aspectos: primeiro, me enviaram para dois quartos que estavam em estado de limpeza antes de enviar para meu quarto definitivo. Tive que retornar a recepção 2x.
