We stayed at Louis Cappadocia for 2 nights in July 2023 and loved it!
Hotel and rooms have been very tastefully decorated. Staff is very helpful and accommodating in helping plan local excursions and airport transfers.
Breakfast was great with the option to have it in common area or have it delivered to the rooms.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

My partner and I stayed in two different rooms across two days, we truly enjoyed our stay here! Not only is the pool room clean, spacious, and modern, the staffs are also super friendly and helpful - everything from accommodating our earlier breakfast request, to delivering us fruit platter in the evening highlight just how attentive the staffs are, which has made our stay memorable. This has been the best hotel we have experienced in our 9 days trip to Turkey, would highly recommend!

The team at the hotel is amazing, they helped with all our needs, my daughter had her birthday during our stay and hotel team arranged a cake and also decorated the room for us.
They also helped arrange hot air balloon ride and horse back riding trips for us which was very helpful as well.
Since hotel is closer to road, if you need quiter room please ask for a room on the backside of the property.

Such a wonderful place to stay for our 3 nights in Cappadocia! The service was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted from wine to snacks to toiletries were easy to request through a WhatsApp message to the staff. The place exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, the shower and Turkish hammam in the bathroom were excellent. The hotel had an amazing terrace to eat your Turkish breakfast every morning. And the location was wonderful. An easy walk to Uchasir Castle and local restaurants, ATMs and more. The place felt quiet and safe. The price and service could not be beat! Would definitely stay again.

Otelin konumu , temizliği ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Sadece otele ilk girişte genç resepsiyonist arkadaş biraz suratsız ve ilgisizdi onu da işin aslı pek onemsemedik. Bunun dışında hiç bir sıkıntı sorun yaşamadık . Hatta sabah kahvaltısında görevli olan kadın personel gayet nazik ve kibardi , kahvaltı sonrası Türk kahvesi ikramı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar olsa yine tercih etmekten çekinmeyiz.

Excelente el hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable lo único la ubicación es mejor hospedarse por Göreme ya que hay más centro para comer y lugares para caminar pero después todo perfecto nos gustó mucho muy cómodo

Wir hatten das Zimmer gleich am Eingang, das ging gar nicht. Sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn beim reden, fernsehen oder Duschen. Mitarbeiter sitzen draußen vor der Rezeption oder in der Lounge wo die Hängeschaukel sind, unterhalten sich was ja auch oke ist aber dadurch kommt die Lärmbelastung im Zimmer, teilweise spät in die Nacht.
Musik von der anderen Anlage sehr laut, kein Parkplatz vorhanden, Auto wird auf der Straße geparkt wo freier Platz vorhanden ist.
Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen, hier stimmte für uns vieles nicht, was sehr schade ist da wir nicht sehr wählerisch sind.

Wir haben uns im Louis Cappadocia sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Zimmergröße und die Einrichtung haben uns sprachlos gemacht, man erkennt sofort die Qualität und liebe, die in dieses Hotel investiert wurde. Das Frühstück war toll, vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft auch an die Gäste mit einer Laktose - und Gluten Intoleranz denken, das hat uns leider etwas gefehlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sympathisch, man kann in dem Ort alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und man hat tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir sind froh, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt im Louis Cappadocia gewählt haben und ich werde dieses Hotel liebend gerne an meine Familie und Freunde weiterempfehlen. Selbstverständlich kommen wir gerne wieder ins Louis Cappadocia.

2.Defa yine tercihimiz oldu. Gerçekten temiz ve güler yüzlü bir hizmeti var. Odalar geniş, dekoru çok hoşumuza gitti. Odalarda çift klima var ve yeni tavan klimasi. Personel kibar ve ilgiliydi fakat otel tam bir hüsran oldu bizim için klima sürekli arızalandı mobilyalar bakım istiyor 2 yıllık bir otel nasıl bu halde olabilir anlamadım ama kesinlikle bi daha gelmeyeceğim bu oteli hoşgeldin içeceği falan yazıyordu hiçbiri yoktu
