DIRTY HOTEL WITH HOLE IN MATTRESS
Hotel appeared nice at first. Changed rooms 3 times. Second room has holes in mattressesbroken heat just plain nasty. Last room was ok tv stopped working behind stands was full of trash grand daughter found choclate under table. Wpild not stay here again

It has a roof and walls but…
Sadly, housekeeping was either non-existent, or both. Black and pink mold all around the tub caulk, the ceiling can in the restroom hasn’t been cleaned in a year or more, dust all around the edge of the room, and the counter with the TV had not been wiped with cleaner in some time, when whipped with a damp towel all the rings and dirt came up. The stairwells were … disgusting. Clods of dirt and unconsumed surfaces were everywhere in every staircase. The bead appeared to be pulled up but not made fresh. The light switch, which was tied to a light across the room had been disconnected, so you had to walk into a dark room. We finally figured out what light needed to be on for that switch to work. Screen windows hanging outside and visible disrepair all over the building. This place did NOT measure up to the chains standards. We didn’t even have breakfast knowing and seeing all these issues. Food was not happening. Though about pressing for a refund, but the prison at the counter, I am not certain they were all present to manage such a request. I don’t care to write poor reviews, but this was worth my trouble. I hope management addresses these significant challenges, or get replaced by someone who will. $85 isn’t much for a room these days, but NO ONE needs to stay in bacteria, dirt, and disrepair.

Horrible
My stay was horrible, room was not clean there was a bone under the chair, floor had trash where my daughter kept finding it and I had to keep throwing it away, halls smelt so bad and the free breakfast was cereal twinkines , donuts, string cheese and oatmeal.

The hotel was average, the room was clean, but our bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, and the toilet didn't flush easily. They did come and try and fix it. Breakfast was not at all quality just cereal, and a few fruit. The coffee machine made coffee that was less than good. overall for an overnight stay i would say its ok but not with a family.

Good for one night
An inexpensive room for the night in Dundee. Check in very friendly. Room overall was clean, except for what appeared to be black mold around the sauna/shower and toilet. Did not do 'breakfast'. For the price, it did the job.

The room was great. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to have donuts and cereal in the morning. I work at a hotel, and i understand the some things the staff have no control over. The only thing that i didn't like, having to stand outside to check in. What are you gonna do when it gets cold? Late at night, we lock our doors too. But, when there's a customer calls, or knocks on the door to check in, we let them in. I wouldn't want to stand outside during winter at night if i didn't have to. Do you still make customers stand stay outside to check in? I'm not trying to bash you guys, I'm just curious. Room was clean. I got the deluxe suite. It surprised me with 3 beds. There were 4 of us and, and only 2 of us are together. My friend brought an air mattress 2 gotten needs and 1 king. Very nice.

We were greeted with the room door that was stuck and difficult to open. Then, the room was very stuffy. The A/C never did cool off the room, very humid! The bathroom was run down. Door and doorframe were scratched and worn. The tub needs replaced, it was very grungy/worn. The sink counter was worn/old. ☹️

Super Friendly front desk staff. We stayed in Room 215. The Bathroom had Black Hair on Toliet Ring, Sink and Bathtub and Floor. We just cleaned it up no problem. Strange that the Bathroom vent is in the shower ceiling and appeared to be plugged and did not work. That was odd as i have never seen a exhaust fan in the Shower/ bath tub ceiling. I kept wondering thats electric 😕 but it did not work so the Bathroom has no vent. The TV did not work at all. We called front desk and the told us the steps to fix it on day 1. But, it didn't work. Day two the staff came down to fix it and couldn't fix it either. So, we used our phones for tv. Mattress was ok. Bed sheets were ok but the blue dust ruffle was gross There is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up two sets of steps. Our room rate was $266. For 2 nights checked out 9-22-2024. Honestly, the Staff is Awesome. We did not request a credit or anything and did not complain. Again the bed was ok and the most friendly staff ever!
