This was an amazing experience. I took a motorcycle trip from Canada and was able to stay in a tent in the desert with a view of the Milky Way at night. There was an air conditioner by my bed which was helpful since it was hot when I arrived. I recoomend this place!

2/10 Poor

The wagon tents right across our tent were damaged. They failed to inform us of all the bugs that would be in the tent and on our bed. The bugs constantly dropped from the ceiling where they seemed to have nested. Big rig trucks constantly passed by behind our tent from the neighboring construction area, we were about 50 feet from that road. The toilet seat in one of the stalls had a streak of feces. Long story short, we ended up booking a nearby hotel.

We stayed in a wagon and it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The hot shower felt really good after an all day hike at Zion. The office is stocked with things you need for cooking/grilling, like pots & pans, paper plates and disposable cutlery. I highly recommend Desert Sage if you’re looking for a glamping place.

Highly recommend. Better sleep than hotel!
Wow, the mattresses were the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on! So thick and supportive. Usually hotels provide very soft and flimsy mattresses but these were quite new and firm! Loved it. The blankets were so soft and warm. I didn’t use many of the amenities like cooler, A/C, or even electricity inside the tent, but I did use the bathrooms and they were excellent! Hot showers and plenty of toilets and showers to accommodate everyone. Super clean. Easy to check-in. Hosts were very friendly and proactive via text. Quiet and nice and cold at night (perfect for sleeping!). Highly recommend just for the AMAZING mattresses and blankets!

A must stay experience.
Travelled from UK for a 2 week trip in the states visiting Zion and Grand Canyon national parks and doing a bit of Route 66, and just by luck stumbled upon this little hidden gem. I booked it really not expecting much as knowing what USA offers in their accommodation (especially in budget prices), so arrived just expecting your average campsite and somewhere to crash after a long day exploring Zion. It all changed when I arrived and saw the place- a stunning “glamping” site with super cute little tents and bigger huts for couples or even old school carriages, amazingly clean with plenty of showers, toilets and central patio part with all the necessary utensils you may need for cooking etc. My little tent had large parking space right next to it and had absolutely everything you may need inside it- heater, dehumidifier and cooler that worked amazing even in 40 degree heat, couple beds and comfy covers and fairy-lights for outside. Outside I had a bbq, and fireplace and large table for all the picnic needs. On top of all this cuteness-the most amazing part is the SCENERY! Especially as the sun is going down and you are looking at the canyon on your right and the vast stepes on your left, with fire burning and fairy lights on- it was truly a magical place. And for those of wanting to stay up late- stargazing is amazing. For this place only- I genuinely cancelled my plans for next few days (although being very time constrained) just so I can stay an extra night. Favourite!!!!
