The toilet leaked water every time you flushed, leaving the room unsanitary. There was only one dry towel in an Executive Suite; they knew it was a two-person stay. We had reservations for two executive rooms, but once we checked in, they explained that they only have one executive room in the complex, so we had to contact Expedia for our money back on the difference. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW the system to book two rooms if you only have one available? That is a NIJA Hotel for you.
