It's fallen off
No breakfast, first room had mold and rust, asked to be moved, second room had roaches crawling on the walls, third room was upgraded to a suite, it was fine, had leak stains on the ceiling but was mostly fine. The hallways were not vacuumed on any floor. We have stayed at this hotel for at least 10 years and this is the first time we've ever had this experience. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and very helpful. I really appreciate them and they are the only reason we stayed and didn't leave altogether.

It was ok nothing special. I feel it was overpriced. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and you could actually hear when the air handler turned on, and it made the wall vibrate behind our bed.

The staff were very nice especially Joanna at the Front Desk and accomodating. The rooms were clean but a lil musty scent from the carpet and my bed was not changed for the duration of my stay which was 9 days. I am not sure if I had to request it, but I would stay again.

Enjoyable stay and some of the older staff was very friendly. I with the lamp in the room had worked and that they had a hot tub but I enjoyed the gym and breakfast on property and yes I paid extra ahead of time and that was made clear when I booked. Nice place for the location and price
