This is a one of the best hotels in this price range. Not worn out, but well kept. It’s quiet, well lit outside at night safe parking. I keep coming back here, I recommend it.

It was great for a one-night stay. It was booked last minute on a holiday weekend, but it satisfied what was needed in a one-night stay. Bed was comfortable, shower was okay, spacious for what was needed. Mini fridge worked well and the cooler worked very well.

The gos had a hard time finding the entrance to this inn. There isn't a deadbolt on the door. The room is semi clean with dirt covering the fan duct in the restroom. Wifi works.

Very clean, spacious rooms. My only issue was a bit of a stank that permeated throughout the room. Possibly the air-conditioner or some drainage issue. Oh well, I had a couple of good nights rest.

Great price for a room overnight- staff were nice and this hotel seemed like the cleanest and safest hotel option in the area for the price. Free parking was nice too. 4/5 stars~ minus one star for the super firm & squeaky bed

Staff was extremely rude upon entry. They charge a security deposit which was not mentioned anywhere on the website when booking. Place was very unclean. Many homeless people actively doing drugs around the entire facility. Very unsafe part of Fresno. I would never recommend staying here at all. 2/5 stars simply because it’s a place to sleep for a night.

Online pictures were completely false! This was a disgusting motel that wasn't fit for human habitation. Nothing worked like air conditioning, bed was filthy, bathroom was dated by 50 years and filthy. I own a cleaning company and I couldn't have improved this property if I had a month. I was horrified and I was with my grandson. I was not putting him in harms way, the area was like a scene from a movie where it was used for hookers and drug addicts. I am reluctant to use Expedia for anything else for fear of paying for this type of disgusting place that has no refund policy. I didn't even stay I immediately called a taxi and went to another hotel where I had a wonderful stay even though I had to write off my reservation with that putrid motel and spend an additional $ it was worth it!!!!!!!
