This hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a very easy check-in process as well as parking. Walking into the old city from this hotel is very easy.This hotel made our stay in Québec very pleasant.

The hotel was great — very beautiful, clean, and with well-built rooms. The only issues were that the AC worked on and off, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe, as there are many homeless people around. On the positive side, the hotel has a virtual desk which is very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth

Staff/owner at the Rose were very prompt and helpful with my booking that I made a few days before the stay. The minor downside is that a lot of homeless people appear to stay and/or wander through the area, which can make you uncomfortable or potentially feel unsafe: we didn't have any problems though.

It's a very cute place for a quick getaway in Quebec city. The location is perfect if you looking for good food and night life.
The room is clean and nicely organized. Assuming it's based on room availability, but the room was a tad small. but the room design made it worth it.
I would stay again and would recommend to a friend.
There is a nice running path that you can explore if you need to burn a few calories.

This property was very spacious and I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to do laundry or cook their own food. We did not manage to get free parking at the hotel as it was all booked up but the $20 parking was only 1 minute away. If you don't mind hiking up to Old Quebec this is a good stay.

The hotel was excellent. The room was small but big enough for two people. The style of the rooms were retro chique.
The mattress was too hard for me, but my husband loved it.
This is a piece of advice for the owners: make sure there is ventilation for the fridge. The cubboard where the fridge was in was hot.
We will for sure come back to this hotel for our next Quebec City trip!

Hotel with no physical reception, only remote. Difficult access to enter and carry luggage, as there is no elevator. Good accommodation, good room service and good location. This is rental house.

Excellent! The room was very clean and new. It had a kitchen and a coffee machine, which was very convenient. The location was close to all the attractions — everything was within walking distance, including popular restaurants. Highly recommended! The actual room looked even better than in the photos.
