Budget Friendly
Our view was the parking lot. Vehicles facing our window so kept curtains closed. We were there to Christmas Shop so we were gone most of the day. Clerk was super nice that checked us in. Not a big breakfast so hubby had his coffee & when I woke up we went to Cracker Barrel not too far. IHOP is right by Cracker Barrel. We had a large whirlpool tub in the bathroom. My husband walks with a cane & it was hard for him to get in to just shower. The tub was a big turn off to both of us.

Rooms open to the outside. Charge ten dollars extra per night for bottom floor room. Did not feel unsafe.

Cockroach
Entry to our room was on the outside of the hotel which was a plus. Floors were not clean, and our last night there we noticed a cockroach on the wall!!! We told the front desk staff and he seemed un-phased, so i can only assume that’s not the first time he’d heard that. Hotel was cheap, but not worth it for the lack of cleanliness.

Lodge Stay
The first night there was a dog barking in the next room. Plus someone smoking because in was coming into our bathroom. Second night room smells like smoke and the people up above us had kids that ran all night. We could hear every step. There were cigarette burns all over the tub. It was or used to be a smoking room. Gross!!

Good value for the price.
Front desk was tops. Room was ok. Wasn’t overly clean when we checked in. Older structure but quite sufficient. For the price it was very satisfactory. Would stay there again.

For the most part a pleasant stay. The only disappointing part was we had smokers literally right next door so we could regularly smell smoke. But all in all a decent stay.

On our second night there the room above us took a shower and we were suddenly woken by water pouring through the ceiling onto my side of bed talk about a rude awaking. I called the overnight girl and she got us keys to a new room and told us the manager would be contacting us to make up for this but he or she never did contact us or offer us a little refund. If they had at least tried making up for this i would of given a better review but I don't feel like they even cared when a guy at the front desk told us it was because a fat ass man as he put it over flowed the jet tub but we knew that wasn't true because it was clearly a shower running not an overflowed tub.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The walls between rooms must not of had much sound insulation in it. You could easily hear the noise and talking going on in the adjacent room. It was very annoying and kept us awake.
