Todo, instalaciones en muy mal estado, pedimos agua para beber que no había en el cuarto, dijeron le llevamos y nunca llegó, no había agua caliente y al preguntar nos dijeron “la caldera está en mantenimiento” situación que debían haber avisado al llegar para decidir si nos quedábamos o no.

Buen hotel en general con habitaciones limpias, no tan nuevas, pero están bien para viajes muy cortos únicamente, personal amable, y buenas amenidades, el único aspecto a mejorar que le veo es que deberían contar con aire acondicionado, fuera de eso todo bien.

Mejores cortinas no estaria mal...
Todo siempre excelente, solicite cortinas blackout, y no cubrian bien todo el ventanal. Se agradece la atención, pero con el ruido de la avenida y las luces de enfrente, es difícil dormir.

La verdad la pasé mejor de lo que pensé, vi muchos malos comentarios después de haber pagado y todo me pareció bastante bien.
Supero mis expectativas, si es un hotel viejito pero nada mal.

Las condiciones del hotel son muy deplorables, las toallas de aseo estaban rotas, las almohadas todas planas, no tenían clima ni siquiera un abanico, entraba mucha luz por la ventana, fue muy difícil dormir con todo el ruido

En cuanto a las instalaciones no valen su precio por noche, no cuentan con aire acondicionado y tampoco ventanas que ventilen adecuadamente, aparte me dejaron sin agua el día que estuve que ahí, hay que estar solicitando todo desde almohadas, toallas y hasta ventilador por la falta del aire acondicionado. Muy mal servicio por lo que cobran por noche. Pésimo
