The staff is super efficient and they took extra care to make sure my stay was the most enjoyable. It's location, right in the middle of the Marrakech's Medina proved to be excellent to visit on foot.

Staff very helpful and could not do enough for you. Great little idea with traditional tea and biscuits in the lobby
We had NO hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. Air con was good. Could do with a mini fridge in the room.

The pool was beautiful and so refreshing after a day in the heat. The Riad opened straight out into the markets and was a 5-min walk to the main square and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were small but functional - limited storage space. Taxis are unable to drive to the door of the Riad so will need to walk for 3 min

check in took a bit long but the receptionist was very friendly. he explained everything well and even helped us planning our days.
pool was excellent, beautiful and couldnt ask for anything more. bar staff were amazing, they remembered my order - guest recognition! this is very important and i was absolutely stunned!
however you can hear everyone walking around at night or early mornings; my room was 114 and i could hear staff cleaning and preparing their stations and utensils at night time (10pm around) which was a bit annoying.
breakfast was good. small but they have everything you want.

Hotel was very clean and the downstairs lobby area very beautiful. The rooms were very basic with not enough storage. The breakfast was excellent ok. Not a lot of options and not executed well.

Ideally located a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the Bahia Palace. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech on foot. The welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable, and the setting typical and peaceful. I highly recommend it!

I just came back from a solo trip (F) to Palais Moulay Said. This place is absolutely breathtaking! It’s a raid so rooms don’t have windows like most ( if not all) places in The city. This one is just amazing because if you open the door or the window on the inside side it has a stunning view on mosaics and pillars. The pool here is breathtakingly beautiful and has staff around it all the time for safety, towels and for the drinks/food bar. The location is just perfect! Right in the middle of Medina close to all you need and want to see and in the hub of an exciting shopping street. The second you step into the hotel it’s calm and serine. The porters are always there to keep it safe and to wish you a welcome home and a good day. The rooms are super clean and the cleaning ladies are always friendly and do an amazing job. The breakfast was lovely. Everything you need; from chocolate croissants to omelette and from salad to warm dishes like creamy chicken and rice. The big big big thing of this raid is the staff. They are all AMAZING. They made me feel so welcome and really made my time here extra wonderful.
I had a airconditioning issue what was solved by the amazing Majid. He was so friendly and calm and made it all super better with his smile and calm approach. He really listened and let me know he understood my feelings. A trade that many professionals can only dream of ever achieving. Thanks palais Moulay staff for a great time and greetings through my stay.

Good Riad, mixed feelings
We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day.
We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. Will water flowing into the rest of the bathroom floor, so we had to put towels. But we put up with it.
The breakfast was good quality food and tasty. However, it was very much the same thing every day. It would have been good if they changed it and served more fruit.
The Riad generally was beautiful, quite central to all the tourist sites and a 5-8 minute walk from Jamaa el-Fnaa square.
The staff were excellent, kind, friendly and try hard to make sure guests were happy. Overall, I think I is a great place to stay, but we were a little disappointed with the rooms we were given.

I would avoid where possible.
Staff were friendly and welcoming but this is one of the only compliments I could give this Riad.
For a 3 night stay we only had hot water from the shower for 1 wash.
The pressure of the water trickled out.
Our room consisted of a very hard mattress and pillow and a rack with 6 hangers to hang our clothes on. No draws or shelves.
There was a problem with the swimming pool, they were trying to fix it all day which meant laying by the pool was stressful.
Due to the pool not working properly, water was cloudy and not particularly clean.
Breakfast was nice but if you got there 30 minutes before closing they don’t refill what’s empty for you.
Very disappointing - we didn’t choose our hotel wisely.
