Beautiful hotel but some rooms are very loud
A beautiful property, with a lovely garden and good restaurant. The room was comfortable. However the window on the city side meant it was very very loud at night (we had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep). The highlight was the Roman baths which is beautiful, however it is not included. It costs 17$ which is totally worth it, given you get exclusive use for one hour. Make sure you book it long in advance. We also got the massage and was fantastic! I would be back only if I could have a quieter room.

Excellent location, close to all activities but at the same time quiet and relaxing. The hotel has lots of charm. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. If we go back to Arequipa definitely would stay there again.

Property is very pretty, cozy and charming. The restaurant is very good.Beds are very comfortable. Check in and out was quick. Walking distance to several good restaurants/cafes. However, I didn’t get the room I reserved (saw in the photo during my reservation two beds instead one queen bed) Also, they need to stock more toilet paper in the bathrooms, no just one roll. Breakfast buffet was ok, needs more variety such as pancakes, waffles, oatmeal etc.

Maravillosa combinación arquitectónica, excelente restaurante, jardines hermosos, interesante distribución de los espacios, la habitación cómoda. Lo único por mejorar sería la ducha ya que es un poco incómodo, la cortina que tenía nuestra habitación era muy pequeña por lo que se salía el agua, fuera de eso es un hotel exquisito que preserva la identidad en sus paredes.
