All in all it was fine main good points are the friendly helpful staff and the food, both very good,(apart from the ketchup and the butter both awful)minus points are the pretty basic rooms(although they are very clean) and the unheated swimming pool,the sea was warmer.7 out of 10.

Service and food were really good. The pool area was quite crowded, sometimes difficult to find sunbeds. The beds are not king size and not comfortable. The facilities need more maintenance. Overall, good value for money.

Very friendly staff, they all provided an excellent service.
The room was a bit ‘worn’, and the shower caused water all over the bathroom floor.
The pool area was a bit dirty, and many of the sun beds were broken.
The food was very nice, always something different each day for every meal.
Considering the price it was very nice, but it was a bit worn many places.

Very limited hours for meal times for an all inclusive hotel. Did not have hot water in the showers. Very hard mattress. Flys in room. Had to pay to use pool towels. Only thing good was Christina the receptionist.

Receptionarea was horrible. Not a welcoming desk with serviceminded employees. Reminded me of an car rental office with low desk. Lacked ability to smile and getting us to feel welcomed. The bartender at the pool was an exception - he was serviceminded. The poolarea was a nightmare. Not enough sunchairs. In the early morning there was a colorexplosion with suntowels in all colours but not many people. :-(. Hotel had a very "budget" feeling. It didn't not seem very loved by its owner. More like a kid without a loving parent.

Klelia beach is better IRL!
We had a great vacation and can strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a small/medium sized hotel with a very familiar and nice atmosphere where all the staff recognizes you. The hotel and pool are actually better in real life than on the photos. Everyone are very serviceminded and helped us to prolong our stay even though we didn’t have booked more than 3 nights. They even upgraded us to the private pool rooms for one night which was very appreciated by my boys.
The all inc food is good and tasty, served in a nice restaurant with indoor and outside tables by the pool. Really good ice cream from 11-23.00 and the snacks from 15-17 helps fight the worst hunger. Very close, max 200 m, to the best part of Kalimaki beach where the turtles lay their eggs. Fine sand, perfectly clear water and nice cliffs that surround part of the beach to create shade-perfect for small children. Restaurants and shops next door. Beach in Laganas is not that nice and lots of young people partying-Kalamaki is best beach and slower tempo, family friendly!

Maybe i expected too much?! It wasn‘t bad but it wasn‘t good either. Here some
points i didn‘t liked/understand at all.
.) you have to pay 20eur for the safe keys - ok, it‘s advertised as „no safe included“ but there is one in the room actually. and for the pleasure to use it they charge 20eur - pointless.
.) you get 2 big towels even you booked for 4 persons. also they change the towels every 2days. seems like a bit to rare considering because of the oceans/pooltime you may shower 2 times a day
.) the rooms itself get cleaned every day - but the floor seems like not included. again, with the sand from the oceans etc it should be done everyday
.) the late checkout - we knew we need the late checkout but they couldn‘t confirm if we are able to stay in our room till the checkout. that again makes no sense. of course it‘s not like the late checkout is free of charge. cost 30eur till 15:00 or 40eur if you stay till 18:00. costs are ok but the process/organization is questionable.
.) the deluxe suite is not worth it
what i do like was the receptionist, they tried they best but it seems like some organisational issues are slowing them down. also the other personal was friendly, food was good. pool are also. and the best thing is how close you are to the crystal beach.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut bis sehr gut. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, sowie diverse Shops und Restaurants.
Das Gastronomische Angebot war ausreichend bis gut. Geschmacklich nicht immer die große Abwechslung gewesen, aber man hat immer was gefunden.
Das Personal an der Bar hat sich Mühe gegeben, auch wenn die Auswahl der alkoholischen Getränke auf günstige Spirituosen beschränkt ist. Das schmeckt man auch sehr stark. Ebenfalls wurde gefühlt alles mit Zuckersirup oder ähnlichen versehen, was es extrem süß gemacht hat. Gerne einfach normal Säfte da haben und nicht so ein Sirup. Davon aber Fehlanzeige. Selbst beim Frühstück.
Die Zimmer sind scheinbar gemacht worden und deutlich modernisiert. Dort hat man sich Gedanken gemacht und Mühe gegeben. Das ist echt positiv zu bewerten. Geht man allerdings zum Pool wird es schwer eine Liege zu finden, die nicht so aussieht als ob sie gleich auseinander fällt.
Alles in allem für eine Woche All inclusive im "low Budget" Bereich ausreichend bis gut. Wer was großartiges erwartet, kann gut und gerne enttäuscht werden. Hilft aber bei dem Gedanken die Insel zu erkunden und nicht unbedingt jedes Essen mitnehmen zu müssen.

En fantastisk vecka för familjen
Vi hade en jättebra vistelse p å hotellet. Väldigt god och varierad mat, snabb service på hotellet, bra städning och närhet till strand och restauranger/turistbutiker. Det enda vi tyckte var lite synd var poolens något snåla öppettider (10-18), fick väldigt rent o fräscht i och vid poolen. Fri tillgång till alkohol gjorde också en del gäng lite skräniga sent på kvällen.

Beau complexe à 5 min de la plage de Kalamaki - et à 6 min de l’aéroport en voiture ( aucune nuisance )résidence en tout inclus - restauration très bonne avec beaucoup de choix de plats variés - service bar de 11h à 23 h avec excellents cocktails ( merci à Georges ) . Tout le personnel est gentil et souriant . Chambre avec piscine privée top.
Literie un peu ferme .

Aspettative deluse dai servizi generali poco accurati. Piscina fatiscente, poco pulita, cattivi odori nella struttura,scarsa scelta di cibo anche se di qualita accettabile, pulizia delle camere giornaliera con cambio asciugamani. Posizione ottima vicino al mare e varie spiagge

Nel complesso la struttura è ben pulita e curata!!
L'all inclusive promosso a pieni voti: ampia scelta di cocktail e fantastica la possibilità per i bambini di prendersi gelati dalle 10 alle 23, per la cucina bisogna accettare che è internazionale ma cmq con varia scelta, magari mancano i croissant nella colazione.
Piscina sempre ben curata dal bagnino: forse ci sarebbero i lettini da rimodernare ma quelli che c'erano erano comunque funzionali.
Personale di sala e reception super disponibili!!!

Una vacanza da sogno
Per un problema ci hanno dovuto spostare in un altro hotel della stessa catena,l'hotel exotica.
È stata una delle nostre migliori esperienze.
Ci ha accolto la simpaticissima receptionist Mary che subito è stata disponibilissima e cordialissima.
In una camera favolosa ci hanno anche fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino.
In sala da pranzo c 'era la perfezione assoluta gestita dalla fantastica Bruna che ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta(essendo mia moglie celiaca).
Cibo eccellente e abbondante internazionale.stanze e hotel sempre pulitissimo e ordinato.
Staff eccellente e cordiale.

Il buffet era abbondante e di discreta qualità ma la presenza costante di gatti randagi nell'area ristorante non mi è piaciuta. Il personale è OK: disponibile, pronto, discreto. La stanza non mi ha soddisfatto: semi interrata quindi poco luminosa e poco arieggiata risultava umida; il letto era assai scomodo e la biancheria non copriva il materasso. Anche la pulizia non era impeccabile inoltre il primo giorno ho avuto il piatto doccia intasato ed una perdita d'acqua dal piano superiore - fortunatamente prontamente sistemato; ho chiesto di poterla cambiare ma non è stato possibile. Supporto dal personale della reception appena sufficiente: ho avuto bisogno di un medico per una presunta reazione allergica e mi hanno mandato in una clinica privata (a pagamento, 700€ per la cronaca); ho perso l'orologio in piscina e più che prendere nota non han fatto; ho chiesto di prenotare un'auto a noleggio e non l'hanno trovata (l'ho trovata io a 50 mt dall'hotel....).
