The staff is phenomenal. Unfortunately, my friend sprained her ankle and we had to go to the med center. Everything turned out alright and that is mostly due to the staff helping us with getting ice packs, extra pillows/towels, and just helping us with the little things (doors, bags, cabs…) So we could continue to enjoy ourselves
