Bree at check in was rude and condescending. Couldn’t find our reservation and wasn’t interested in finding it. Showed my confirmation on my phone. Had to find my bonvoy membership on my phone. Which seemed to make her angry. We had to wait at the front desk over 15 minutes before she even showed up.

Hotel isn’t as nice as it was years ago. The lady who check us in at the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful. Our room was okay. I’d thought I’d paid for a city view in a higher levee room. But I had a view on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. The toilet ran and wouldn’t stop unless we messed with it. The door to our room was EXTREMELY HEAVY to open. It was just okay as a stay. Probably wouldn’t be it 1st choice in the future.
