Place has potential if the can evict the bugs
Infested with roaches. Saw a fair share of ants. Beds had bed bug track marks everywhere, luckily did not see any bedbugs. Bathroom had black kold on the ceiling around 20% covered. No smoke detectornin the room either

It clearly shows/says pet friendly (plus the guy behind counter had a dog walking around freely behind desk) plus I rode thru and seen two other people walking dogs, but refuse me saying no pets(my dog is a small 11yr old Chihuahua). I’ve stayed here n past n I totally understand ur policies, but why were there dogs(when a Ppr says no pets) even tho it says online pet friendly plus people have pets there as well that are bigger than a chihuahua!

2/10 Poor

This is advertised as a three star hotel but it is not. It is oriented to providing housing for people who are in poverty and likely can't afford rents. Though I pad close to $300 USD on Expedia, a big sign outside the place says $49/night and offers weekly fees. This is fine, but not what I had in mind as a single woman who got stuck in Houston during a layover and couldn't find a hotel. It felt extremely unsafe - I had to cross three dark parking lots to get to my room and the one person I ran into thought that I owed them money (I had never met them). I ended up requesting a refund because I felt so unsafe spending the night there. Expedia should really do much more diligence before listing this as a 3 star hotel because the false description may leave people feeling very unsafe.

Stay room 103 11-12 July
Hello This was a terrible hotel/motel. The weekly rate is normally $159 or so, I was CHARGED over $250 for ONE night, due to Hurricane Beryl as many of us still do NOT have electricity. For that money I could have had a SUITE in Las Vegas! This is grocery money and I can understand charging $95 for someone who needs AC right now. But this amount was ABUSIVE really... On top of everything, the crowd there was horrible as well.. These people took advantage of my condition right now. I took pictures of this room, it was disgusting: holes in drapes, trash not emptied, things broken, no phone, no alarm, nothing. Disgusting!
