We chose this place because there was a restaurant there but it was closed both days we were there mon and tue.
Thomas, 2-night trip

The check in was simple and the staff were great. I noticed that there was only one other person in the wing and they had us at opposite ends so we did not bother each other. All in all, a very nice experience.

8/10 Very good

The room was comfortable. When we first got there the room was cold so we turned off the AC. However, when we returned the room was warm and we could not get the AC to work properly. Would not stay on long enough to cool the room. Also, our room faced the parking lot and the lights outside made the room a bit bright. The blinds are not dark enough and there are no curtains.
Daniel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

offered room with King and a Queen bed fridge learned they also have rooms with 2 Kings and a Queen Very helpful with late check in the only negative would be that we asked for room cleanup as we left for day because party slept in and when we returned no fresh towels...all was as we left it. The desk was great with getting towels.... for us it was a perfect set up for the bed...space and location and price.

We really liked this property- right on the river and a restaurant within the same stay! We didn’t get to try the restaurant but of all our wishes, we’d rather it be clean- and it was! We now have a soft-spot for Maggie Valley, and cannot wait for it to explode with business. Thank you for making our last-minute anniversary stay one to remember!

A little dated looking which I loved. Very clean nice staff and excellent restaurant on site. Great value for the money. I definitely would stay there again.

We enjoy staying here. Our options are limited as we travel with dogs, but the price is very reasonable and the room fits our family perfectly.
