6/10 Good

Clean room, AC outlet on one side of bed and AC at coffee maker was not working. There was a $200 deposit required vs $100 by other hotels. Parking lot was full and many shady characters hanging around the front entrance. Felt a little unnerving.

Awesome , and recommend!! Bed was very comfortable as well as the beautiful jetted tub.

Good but not great

Overall its a not bad place for the price. Staff was super friendly and the room was spotless. There was zero parking when we got there late at night and had to find parking elsewhere. The elevator smelt like pure cleaning chemicals and was overwhelming. The rooms were clean but can use some maintenance. Peeling paint and towel mounts just hanging on by a hair. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks that were super cheap. Its a good place for what you pay but you definitely "get what you pay for"

it was hard to find. The hotel it self was beautiful inside. Very modern and clean.

Was really good need better breakfast

2/10 Poor

The room was spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nicely renovated. The floor to ceiling windows had tattered plastic roller blinds that didn’t roll up or down. The window sill were covered in dirt & plaster. The carpets were so dirty that my feet led mud prints in the wet shower floor. Our room door wouldn’t lock from the outside when we were going out but they fixed it by the time we got back. Breakfast was handed to us in a paper bag with a cold egg & cheese on a muffin, yogurt, small

A short stay that was pleasant. The continental breakfast included was a nice gesture. Bringing some food along for your stay is a great idea.

8/10 Very good

We really enjoy spending time at this location. Ventilation in the room and more than 2 towels & 1 rag would make the stay better. Not a fan of the bagged breakfast, but the gesture is kind. The area is quite walkable and conveniently located for drivers and transit users.
Medrie, 2-night trip

This was a nice property and stay. I have stayed in a lot worse facilities. You are only really there to sleep. What folks about limited parking is accurate, it just means you park in the adjacent plaza. What folks say about the odor is accurate. There is a distinct scent which that is abundant in third floor hallway. It may be cultural versus drugs. There is nothing unsafe that I saw around facility. It is just industrial. ( this is not like a large US city that can have unsafe areas with gangs and guns) Other than that, it is a nice modern facility at a good price and location that is easy to navigate to other areas of Toronto.
Jeffrey, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was great and very clean. Parking was hard when I returned after a wedding. In the morning when I went to leave, there wasn’t any coffee or juice so I just went elsewhere to pick it up.
Jill, 1-night trip

Comfortable bed…

Hot tub was not clean. Asked front desk if someone could clean it and was told the room I originally paid for was not available so i was upgraded for free because no other king suites were available and that the hot tub did not work anyways. Lamp cord was cut, landline phone in room was not working, remote missing battery cover and the tv did not have any functioning channels. Could not find or connect to the free wifi. Continental breakfast advertised was literally a brown paper bag stapled shut that contained a yogurt, prepackaged muffin, egg and cheese on an English muffin and a juice box. There was an odd smell throughout the lobby and hallways. Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable.

Great price for a clean, moderate and conveniently located in north west end. No airport facilities and bagged continental "breakfast" but price is reflective of what to expect.
Mauro, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

As advertised i booked this place for breakfast included, fitness center and a king bed. All three of them were missing. We stayed at first floor and it was super noisy very early in the morning. We could hear staff members exchanging loudly with no regards to people that were still sleeping. The room size was good and there was a small fridge and a sink wich are very useful. I have to give them a very bad note because of the false advertisement.

Reception staff were amazing...very clean Hotel...but serving breakfast with shopping bags was way out of the norm....not value for the money
Shire, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Rooms were small but niceand clean. Staff not welcoming. Waited almost 0 mins for someone to co.e to the front counter for check-in. Hard to access, very little parking. Breakfast came in a bag.very rude at check-out. On his phine and no acknowledgement at all..
