"This hotel exceeded my expectations for service, cleanliness, and hospitality. It was absolutely perfect! I would change nothing. My room was cleaned every day and fresh pajamas were available. We used the laundry room and everything was clean and available. The staff were helpful with all my inquiries and the location was perfect for access to trains. Exceptional example of true Japanese culture and hospitality for my family to experience. "

"The location is very convenient and near to Minatomirai station about 5 mins walk. The hotel staffs are friendly and our room is very clean and our bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view of the ferry wheel. The hotel have a direct limousine bus to Narita International Airport too which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again if I visit Yokohama. "
