Great value for your money

Overall was good. Hotel capacity was very high which is the perfect time to see how friendly is the staff when is busy. Everyone was extremely friendly, hotel was very clean, check in process was great, there was just 1 thing I didn’t enjoy. Housekeeping staff woke me up at 10am to clean the room when clearly check out time is at 11. But they were ready to open my door. Manager on site was helpful and empathic to understand the situation and they offered a very nice apology with I appreciate a lot.

Hidden Parking Fee’s

Not happy with Hotels.com or Hampton Inn and Suites with the hidden parking fee’s. Nowhere in my reservation does it say anything about charging a nightly rate for parking. No one likes surprises and this sure wasn’t pleasant. Also, the property’s security entrances were not in service.

Parking Fees Not Disclosed……$35 a day

Pretty upset with Hotels.com and Hampton Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, we were notified that there was a $35 a day parking fee. This was not disclosed when we booked our room. If this fee was shown prior to purchasing, we would have selected a different hotel. When you are staying for 6 nights, that is an extra $210 that was not expected.

Stay for comfort and cleanliness NOT for the food!

Check in was easy and fast. Room perfect. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. Kitchen staff lacked keeping counters cleaned at all times and lacked keeping food stocked for guests. Food was not hot or prepared well. Cooks need more training. I was very disappointed with the lack of quality of food served! I do not think any well established hotel using the HILTON name should be serving Keilbasa for breakfast and multiple times within 4 days. Pathetic. I did wash 1 load of clothing and I never would have had I paid attention to the washing machines. Staff needs to pay attention ton to details and clean and disinfect washers daily! Disgusting!
