Hotel rooms i used were a little shabby, I had to change room on day 2 of 7 when the toilet did not work and the shower would not turn off. Beds were very comfortable. Second room started smelling badly in the toilet on day 5.
Booked and paid on Hotels.com before arrival but was told i had not on check in despite showing the payment on my confirmation and bank account. Same happened on final check out, they tried to bill me again for the 3 day extenson.
Breakfast was simple but one waitress continued to try to bill me 5500CFA for the continental breakfast which should be 2000 CFA!!! Evening meals and service were all very good throughout the stay.
Key card had to be reactivated on 5 of my evening returns to the hotel.
