Great location

Pulling up and seeing the dumpster out front, I was deflated. However, our room was decent and almost comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were ok, area needs maintenance. Great location.

Do not advise staying…

No clean towels were offered… no maid service between days… toilet had rust residue resembling a toilet that had long standing water in it… needed cleaning.

Good Place to Stay in Moab

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in Moab, and within walking distance to many eateries and shops. Our bathroom was a little dirty (hair on the floor), but other than that everything was fine.

Nice hotel near Arches and Canyonlands

The room was nice and clean. The shower had a double shower head which was nice but the tub was slow to drain. Also, our neighbors were fighting and cursing outside of their room every evening during our 3 night stay which was annoying.

Go somewhere nicer! It will be worth it!

Disappointed. From check in being rough, to the room floor being very dirty and bathroom tub leaks around all the seals. Free Wifi but it does not work in your rooms. Only in the lobby. Staff doesnt care to help you figure out how to get internet in your rooms. Lady at the front was very dismissive when asked for help about it. Trailer parking only available on the street. Grab your spot early in the week and dont move your trailer until your leaving orherwise you may not find a spot. Once Wednesday hit, Moab is busy! We stayed Monday thru Thursday. Left when the crowds arrived. We had two dogs and I connected with the hotel before we arrived about the dogs. They said it was recorded and we will have a dog friendly room. We arrived, got a dog friendly room. Fyi - dogs are $20 per night per dog. When I messaged the hotel they did say there was a charge but never stated how much. I wasnt expecting another $137 for just the dogs but I'll take some blame since I did find info after on Hotels.com too. We also recieved a call at 8 this morning we are leaving because said they dont have payment. And we have pending charges on our card for incidentals and room. The dog charges went thru. Not sure why so many problems. Frustrating when your trying to enjoy vacation.

The room was good, but the description of a balcony was a little much. Yes, there was a balcony, but it was very small and overlooked the back of the hotel which was an unkept area with an overgrown fence and no view whatsoever.
