You can’t pay for extensive cable or satellite? There was 68 channels and from channel 53 through 68 was unavailable. Motel 6 had more channels than you guys did. $110 per night and then $13 for a continental breakfast of old eggs and cold sausage? How about free? This place is a DUMP. Front desk staff is rude (in 3 days I met 4 “family members” who ALL acted like they were doing us a favor. The place is FILTHY, WiFi doesn’t work, pool/hot tub is broken, parking is “per space”(except we called ahead advising we were pulling a trailer). The entire experience was a disaster. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER

While the hotel is nice and the lobby was clean and welcoming. We experienced a very uncomfortable bed, loud heater, poor water pressure and somewhat warm shower but not hot. Pool was closed which is a reason we picked the hotel. Unfortunately we won’t stay here again.

Hotel pool and hot tub were broken for the entire stay. Customer service from Hilton and Expedia was absolutely awful. I deleted my Hotels.com app and account and will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again.

Mediocre Stay

Seems like a nice place, but want to charge for everything additionally especially to get breakfast or bottles of water that are typically free for members at other hotels. Said two waters were free and they were in the room, but they weren’t free in the room and I didn’t get two free at check in, which they said I did. Runaround over $3 waters. Bed is ok, pillows not at all. Water temp fluctuates drastically depending on how many people were using it I’m assuming. Pool was pretty much closed for the 5 nights I was there. Do you think I will get a partial refund because I planned to use the pool. Probably not. Market amenities and then not have them, but still charge as if you do.
