It’s ok for a short stay
This hotel is ok for a short stay it looks like it was recently remodeled in the cheapest way possible but it was clean. The breakfast was not that good and the room service menu didn’t look good either we wanted to get dessert but not a single American dessert on the menu, also this hotel was made for short people because the hallways and the shower head are super low. While I was staying there they had some parties but not American either lol

Beautiful Hotel
I really love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. I also love the location as well. Sitting right smack in the middle of Irving and Dallas.The hotel staff is was accommodating and nice. I met the hotel manager Jon. Asked him some questions about additional rooms. He had absolutely no problem with taking us on a small tour to show us some. While explaining the differences in each room. We will be coming back for leisure again. All in all I see why this hotel has 5 ⭐ reviews, it's well kept. And doesn't look like your transitional boring hotels. Didn't get to experience the hot tubs or pools. But they have 2 of each, in door and outdoors. Just really a beautiful place. There's a lot of personality to this one. It's a excellent place for wedding venues. If your looking for that. Me and my wife loved it. Until next time Thanks Ramada,

Awesome stay for the price! Breakfast was eh ok. Food variety was good but eggs were over cooked and dry. Food was just mid. Overall the hotel was good for a short weekend. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Shuttle to the airport was fabulous and consistent!

Good hotel for a night of two
Stay was good for one night and close to airport. Note some rooms face indoors and the indoor pool can be viewed by rooms. Overall service was good, breakfast was included, and would stay again briefly!

How in the world does this hotel have a 9.0 rating??? I don’t know what they are trying to cover with the cleaning chemicals, but the chemical smell is horribly overwhelming. There is NO sound barrier between rooms. I could hear every tik tok video the girl next door to us was flipping through on her phone.

Hotel was clean enough. It’s an older hotel and a little outdated but is really fine, reminds me of the old holidome hotels. Check in/out was easy. Airport shuttle was very convenient and drivers were very nice. The shuttle saves you enough to pay for the hotel night.

Nice hotel for layover, quirky layout
Hotel was a fascinating layout. Looks like it used to be an outdoor motel type and then someone built a big roof over it all and made a large middle atrium to house the pool. Hotel was very large but only had a single entrance door - a long walk from parking to the entrance and then to our room and even longer to others. Breakfast was almost empty of people but had a variety of selections. It was a little hard to find the breakfast area. Overall, room was clean and comfortable. Closer inspection shows some signs of wear and aging. Elevators were spread out, so only one in each area. Stairs were a little hard to find in places other than the main atrium. Lobby/atrium area was very lovely with lots of public spaces like couches and tables. There were signs for multiple restaurants and a bar on site but all looked closed when we arrived (Friday at 7pm). Nice proximity to DFW airport with free shuttle, but we did not utilize so can't comment on the service with that. Would stay again for a quick overnight but probably not for an extended vacation.

Room ok, room service bad, excessive delivery charge, meals were no where near as expected. Caesar salad lettuce and cheese only - no bacon or croutons or egg. Vegetarian pizza a scant scattering of finely diced red/yellow pepper. Total rip off! Buffet breakfast quite a good selection, excellent staff.

Great room, restaurant needs improvement.
The room was very nice. The restaurant service wasn’t great. We arrived late (10pm) but the restaurant was open until midnight, which was perfect, but the service was so slow we just left and didn’t eat. When we went for the breakfast the next day and 1/2 the buffet was out of stock so not perfect there. I’m sure we just caught them on a bad day.
