The room we received was not the room we paid for. We had a reservation for a king bed with a sofa bed. We received a room with 2 double beds which was not adequate for my family. We paid for something we did not receive. Hotel blamed it on you all. I’m not sure whose fault it was but it was not a good experience.

Ok, convenient could use some updates.
Only stayed one night and it served it purpose. A tad outdated, overall all clean, but is time for some updated and need to pay attention to the corners in the room. I cant be the only one that judge a room by how clean it is, by the "corners ". Convenient to airport and cruise ports...and that was the value for us.

Service lacking
We stayed one night; actually 11 hours. I booked this hotel specifically because it had shuttle service from the airport. I called for the shuttle to be told it would not run to pick us up……not our fault that we arrived late. I had to pay $75 for a Uber to drive us 10 minutes! Then there was a terrible snafu at check in. I unlocked and opened our door to find 2 adults in very little clothing standing at the vanity. To say all of us were shocked is an understatement. I went back to the desk and told the lady what happened and instead of apologizing she said ‘who put someone else in that room?!’ and went back behind a wall to talk to the other employees about it. We had 2 room on the same hall because we were a family of 6. After that mistake they moved one room to another floor. Not a big deal unless no one has eaten because our flight was delayed and then stuck on the runway for a hour due to weather. I felt like something should have been done because of that mistake…..those people were not dressed and I busted into their room.

We had a great time. Service and hotel were very nice. The only couple of dislikes that I had were that it seems ready to be updated and if your room is ready early you should be able to get into your room. Seemed like they were very strict on 4pm sharp for check in. Overall nice hotel

Go somewhere else for the money.
I made a reservation on a 3rd party app. It did not go thru despite it billing my credit card twice. Upon arrival to hotel, they would not honor rate and charged 60.00 more than 3rd party. No hot water in room at night or next morning when checking out. Desk clerk did not answer phone when calling from airport. Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. Ice machine on 10tj floor did not work. Cookies were cold. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible Customer Service and Hotel
I booked a room with a jetted tub weeks in advance and paid the rate for a room with one. When I checked-in nothing was mentioned about my room not having the tub, and that they gave me a jr suite instead. When I called the front desk to ask what the mix up was the intern at the front desk told me that they had booked all those rooms, and this is what I would be given. He offered no resolution, but to take it up with hotels.com. Definitely not staying at this place again where the staff thinks you are unintelligent when they are the lazy ones just collecting a pay check.
