It was okay. We definitely felt the breakfast lady was really night, mainly how she talked to you. The front desk staff were okay. Could have been a bit more welcoming upon arrival. The night front desk lady was pretty nice and assisting us. The kids and I went to grab some breakfast. I heard someone knocking at the door from the breakfast area so I was already proceeding to go back and check the room because my other kids were still sleep. One or two of the employees walked in my room because we had to latch cracked on the door trying to see if we were checking out mind you is 9:30-10AM and check out at 11 AM. I figured you should be knocking out doors at 11:00/11: 05am. Recommendation wait till 11am/unless the guest come to the desk and c/out. And be more welcoming as guest arrive early or late c/in. Other than that, everything was OK and I truly enjoyed the fireworks.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine for a night for the price BUT management should really do something about the folks gathering to blast music right next to guest rooms both very late at night and very early in the morning.

Quick check in nice room pretty clean place is a little old. The breakfast lady was really very nice and polite, friendly and the breakfast was delicious.! Check in people and check out. People were very nice also overall great place.

I stayed there for two nights, I asked for service because the next day I needed new towels and a little cleaning, I went to reception at 1 in the afternoon and asked for service and went to a place to relax when I returned at 8 at night my room was the same, they did not give me service nor new towels and on their web payment it says that they give services every day but in my experience it was not like that.

We’re not the greatest breakfast options were limited got locked out of my room the first night when arriving could not check in early receptionist was on the phone with another customer who is claiming to be charged when the receptionist got off the phone was not very professional
