We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was ok. Waffles where the best part. But the rest was eh. The room was great! But the biggest problem is how thin the walls are. As well as the type of guests who stay here. Our neighbors woke up at 3:50am to get ready for a cruise. They loughed, yelled,sand for 3 hours. The front desk quickly responded when we asked them to address the problem. But the guests proceeded to curse us out afterwards theough the wall for making them be quiet when they paued for the room. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for sleep or privacy. But it was in walking distances to the beach. Also it is 4 different buildings. So you coukd be close or far fron the beach. We didn't know this. Breakfasts was the furthest building away & i met multiple people on the way lost getting there. We all had a hard time. The customer services was amazing though & uber eats easily found us.

We arrived esrly from our cruise ship. Angel at the front desk accommodated us by storing our luggage so we could go to the pool area or beach while we waited for our room. The pool area is clean & nice with lounge chairs as well as tables & chairs with umbrellas. The breakfast was freshly made& delicious - buffet style The friendly girls working there worked very hard to keep it clean & stocked We will return

Staff and service people were very helpful and friendly. One complaint is that maintenance was draining A/C units on the second floor and water flowed down onto our cars in the parking lot which left hard water spots. It would have been nice to be contacted so that we could move our cars beforehand.

This place is a clean as they come! I loved the daily room cleaning and the location of this place. We always stay here when in Cocoa Beach, but this time we experienced more room noise than ever before. Walls could be a little more soundproof. The bed was not a comfortable as I remember in the past. Our A/C unit was leaking water in the floor the last night we were there. I am sure maintenance took care of that issue immediately. Also, the breakfast is great and the ladies in there are amazing! I will definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends!

Comfortable clean room and generous size shower room with extra sink and work top for beverage maker. Quiet but Motel style hotel , a little tired generally in the communal areas and very spread out over several buildings. Nice good sized pool with bar area , and lots of seating & loungers . Only drawback to our room was that because it was on the ground floor , near the pool , the path outside was quite busy so we had to keep the curtains drawn all day . Very good hot buffet breakfast but in a separate building so a bit of a trek in the morning and difficult to locate ! Good location next to the pier and the beach , with shops and cafes close by . Good value for money .

Overall its excellent. Goodjob to house keepers..love my room clean everyday. Foods were good too. Lots of choices. And has take out box ready for those who are not able to get a table. I just have one thing.. Maybe encourage guests to take a shower first before using the pool. Pool number 2 has no shower btw.
