I booked a triple room and had paid the full amount while booking online. I had informed xpedia about a 11pm check-in. The customer care assured me no problems. When I went there, the receptionist didn't know of any such booking. The manager demanded payment again and said he would refund us in the morning. Why should a customer have to pay twice for a booking? Do you think we are a joke?
The staff wasn't respectful to my friends either, demanding Aadhar cards for proof in a rude manner when I was not around. One of the ACs wasn't working. The fridge had a disgusting smell when opened.
All said it's still a cheap and okay place to stay if one takes the responsibility to maintain it and treat customers well.
