Great place to stay. Very beautiful and lots of great spaces to do things! Great service and staff! There were just a few things that were not up to par-no shower soap, no luggage stand, no hangers. The first morning we had to call front desk to get our room cleaned. Also, had to ask to change rooms the last night due to really loud kids and adults playing in the room above us. This was at midnight both nights. Let the desk know and they were happy to move us

Avoid standard rooms, call to verify amenities.
Avoid a standard room. Upgrade ro a nicer room. Rooms are clean and week appointed. Large pool and main spa was not heated. If this was done by choice, very poor decision. If Mechanical failure occurred notify your arriving guests so we can choose to drive 3 hours to play in a small pool. This stay was very disappointing. Riviera had been our annual PS go to, that might have to change now.

We were impressed with the staff. All so friendly and professional. David and Adam are two that we familiar with. Upon check in the staff happily switched out rooms and upgraded us after finding out it was my husbands birthday. The chicken sandwich was my husbands favorite…highly recommend! The only thing I noticed was that the furniture needs some cleaning. Pictures on the walk were missing and towels by the pool weee not always stocked. Other than that, we had a great stay! The pool and hot tub were clean, food was good, service was friendly and noise level was not loud. Grounds well maintained.

I’ll start by saying overall the customer service from the staff was excellent! After reserving a room with two queen beds, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. Although having a large room was nice, we found the suite to be very rundown. There was broken furniture throughout the room including a leg that was about to break off the table supporting a television. The carpet was covered in stains. The suite only had one bed and a pull out bed was provided with no bedding. Shortly after checking in and on my walk down to pick up my bags from my vehicle, I overheard two women coming off the elevator discussing how rundown their room was, and the lack of warm water in the shower. I thought to myself, I hope the lack of warm water was just a fluke that only affected them. NOPE! Showers were lukewarm at best the entire stay!! The staff was excellent, but unfortunately that’s not enough to make up for the condition of the property.

Just needed a little more care
Property was well maintained. Room decor was fun and staff was very friendly. I wish the room had a microwave. My wife is disabled and the walk in shower was great for her. Unfortunately the hot water was only luke warm. Room AC had some kind of wierd knocking sound to it for about 10 secs every time the fan kicked in.

Beautiful hotel but we had to bring attention to issues with broken glass in the hallway, garbage and lack of housekeeping to the hotel. Issues were immediately addressed.

Once I got there, I was able to check in early and I thought that was good but when I got to the room to take a shower, there was no wash cloth. I had to call to have washcloth sent to me. I went down to the restaurant to eat some fish tacos and of course, this made me sick I went back to the room, and I realized that the heat in the room was not working I tried to call the front desk for 45 minutes. No one picked up the phone. I had to literally drive to the front to speak to someone in regards to this At the drive to the local supermarket to purchase medicine to relieve the sickness in my stomach This basically ruined my one day vacation and I was very disappointed

Stay away. Awful experiance
Toilet was broken, didn’t get fixed or moved rooms. Room never got serviced. Management kept apologizing and did nothing. $950 rooms a total rip off.
