Was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Parking lot and hotel felt very safe.

I was not allowed to stay there because I had 3 dogs. Try to reach out to hotel.com i'm able to get a refund. Very unsatisfied. Called them, they canceled it. After an hour of talking to them. Very unsatisfied, with the whole experience.

We stay at Red Roof quite often, they are always very friendly and accommodating to us. This stay was no different with the exception of: I spilled something on the floor and used a towel to clean it up, then we didn’t have enough towels to shower with.

I had a 4 night stay, met there with my 2 sons for Christmas, went to a football game and a hockey game, brought 2 pets which I stated upfront on hotels.com, the 2 pets were caged when we weren't in the room , we got charged $150 extra for dog hair, but didn't tell us until I returned home.
