Cute place
Hotel was beautiful, but the TV’s didn’t work the entire time and the wifi was also out. That was very disappointing.

Best hotel experience EVER!
From the moment I arrived I felt extremely welcome. Alice is one of the sweetest and kindest humans I’ve ever met. She acknowledge my Diamond status and made me feel at home with the offerings. The valet guy was a nice guy and when i requested my car it was always on time. “T” from housekeeping gave me many recommendations on what to do during my stay. They even did a load of laundry for me. The drinks and food at the restaurant was great. Amber the bartender made me a nice smoky old fashioned. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and I love the view of the mural that you can see out your window. Rooms are beautiful, bathrooms are modern.I will definitely come back.

Does not have parking for everyone
Small room made it challenging for a crib. Picked it because they said they had parking but could park only cars not trucks. We had to find our own parking downtown.

Stay away
Nice hotel, but service and overall experience is so lacking it’s pathetic. No hot water in the shower despite letting water run for 20 mins - environment impact is disappointing. Front desk and waiter at the restaurant were more concerned about getting me out the door than on the experience.

Not Impressed
We had a disappointing experience at this hotel for our 23rd Anniversary. Parking options provided by the hotel were limited and expensive: $2/hour for self-parking or $37 for valet. We later discovered nearby parking garages that charge only $1/hour (capped at $11/day) and are free on Sundays and federal holidays. After parking in the garage suggested by the hotel staff, we were told there was no elevator, so we had to navigate eight flights of stairs. However, upon further exploration, we found an elevator away from the stairwell. Our room was clean and comfortable but had a view of an urban courtyard dominated by a brick wall with a mural of a Peregrine falcon. Dining at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. Dinner included an overly salty hamburger, and breakfast for two cost about $72 for basic scrambled eggs (unseasoned), pancakes, French toast, and coffee brewed in what seemed to be an unclean pot. Service was poor—we were forgotten, and simple requests, like ketchup for eggs, were overlooked until after the meal was finished. Overall, while the rooms were nice, the high prices, poor service, and lack of convenience make this hotel a poor value. There are better options closer to the Old Market area at a similar price point.

Great renovation-remodel of turn of the century building maintaining character and finishes. Facility and staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. The food-room service meal was outstanding. Overall this gem exceeded my expectations!

Claimed to be a 4 star hotel with highest price compared to comparables in area. Not impressed, was 3 star hotel across the board. Upon arrival, had to track down staff after standing at reception for 5 minutes. Specifically given choice of view during booking. Chose skyline over painted alley. Got painted alley room anyways. Floor had coffee on it and shower was dirty leading to concerns about the room being serviced properly between occupants. Ad said parking available. There was none. You had three choices, park in metered spots on street curbs, use a parking garage with no validation on price or ticket, or use extremly overpriced valet service. Ad claimed room service but no information provided in room on how to use service nor any menu, hours or pricing. Room had flickering and faulty lamps. Room came with cube fridge and microwave just sitting on the floor in random spot. Service in restaurant was again missing in action, left to go to another establishment to get service and food. The likes - walking distance to services you couldn't seem to get at this 4 star hotel. Went to another hotel to get drinks. Walked to another restaurant to get service and food. Decor was upscale but that's about it. Save your money and try a 3 star hotel in the area. I suspect Omaha has no TRUE 4 or 5 star hotels.

Nice hotel, great style, nice staff. But no fridge in the room, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, the staff was nice but all seemed very new to their jobs. I also had a terrible view out my window of a white wall and nothing else. No glasses in the room. No microwave. Ice was only available from the lobby.
