Although i absolutely loved the hotel. The customer service on my last day ruined it for me. I loved the convenience of the laundry and pool and area. However, I got to the hotel on my third night of staying after rebooking because I love the hotel so much and found out that my room was canceled because the rep had seen my name on the list previous days so they canceled my room and then try to put me in a one bedroom when I asked for and paid for a two bedroom. When I asked him who told them to cancel my booking, he could not provide me a name. This made me furious because I was already getting in late with my children and I just wanted to check in also when I got to the one bedroom, it smelled horrible. The front desk employee was of no help and really didn’t know what he was doing. Overall, I love the hotel my kids love the hotel. It’s just the service the canceling of my booking without my permissionand me not getting the room I paid for was horrible.

Just okay
The stay itself was fine once i hassled expedia and the hotel itself about my room type they'd collected payment for but tried telling me it was unavailable. I forgot to kind of "flag" this site personally for the fact that the front desk can't be accessed from all points (you need to go outside and drive or walk to that part of the building). An extra little step i dont enjoy. Bathrooms didn't even have a little hand lotion for after you wash hands

I was disappointed at the $250 deposit. Fireplace didn't work in room, there was no one that came by to bring to bring fresh towels or make beds etc for a two night stay. One of the two bedrooms in our suite was so cramped that is was very uncomfortable to get to one side of the bed. Charged for parking. I won't book with this hotel again.

Loud rooms
The staff seemed very nice. But it was loud all night long. We were a single couple and were surrounded by people with kids coming and going until after 1 am. Slamming doors and yelling. Then they started vacuuming the hall at 8 am. Not pleasant.

Inconvenience
I paid for a two bedroom but I was told the heat wasn’t working so I was given two separate rooms. It was a family trip with our children so 2 separate rooms, not conjoined, was an inconvenience to say the least.

Our room was dirty and the kitchen was very sticky, on top of the refrigerator thinking that it was a tractor so we asked to change a room and got an upgrade to a slight better room. Still, the bathroom was not clean and had hair in it :-( Moreover, we were 3 and had only 2 towels. we were told that all towels are being washed and that they would send out 1 more towel an hour later, which didn't happen. i went to ask for it and got it later on.... :-) Besides that, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Overall its a nice hotel, considering that it was a on the cheaper side, i think its a good value for your money.
