I would have given a higher rating except for the fact that the property did not respond to my special request either via phone or text communication. Blamed it on Expedia having wrong number, Manpho website having wrong number, night staff's communication was wrong because they are the night staff, etc. Charged me more for their mistake. Day manager was not cooperative in resolving the issue. However, he did find us a cab. Food service and porter were great. Property upkeep is lacking, loose faucets, no place to keep soap, no chair in the room, bedsheets not as clean, etc.
