It was an overall okay stay but one of the very old style hotels I actually didn't think was around anymore. Drink machine didn't work. Very close to a lot of food places, great choices!!

Piss Poor Customer Service!
First, the room was to non smoking but the smell of smoke was evident. They gave me another room without argument. I was satisfied with that. Unfortunately, the toilet was not working properly. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was not working. I walked to the front office to get assistance. I was told by the manager that the toilets are new and that too much tissue must have used and that I need to plunge it. The manager told the worker who had assisted earlier with the room change to get me a plunger which was in another room. I followed the worker out thinking that he would plunge the toilet. He told me that he was not coming to my room and then asked me if I wanted the plunger or not. He told me he is not maintenance and then went on to tell me that I could leave if I wanted. As a paying customer, I expect all things to be in proper working order and if they are not, the business needs to rectify it. I will absolutely not stay there again and recommend no one else does. THEY DO NOT care about your business!!!

You get what you pay for.
Customer service wasnt great, $60 cash deposit that they require in cash should be advertised so people dont have to run to an atm when theyre already tired. Room is what you would expect for a cheap hotel. Basic tv channels, limited privacy if you dont keep the curtains closed. Shower was nice though.

Well let me see we didn’t speak the same languages which made checking in much longer. And it just proceeded to be a problem from there then I’m never a problem where I stay I didn’t even take much in. I think a bag and a shaving bag maybe my backpack to do some work and I had set an alarm but I overslept and woke up maybe 10 minutes till check out which I ran out of the room and ran down to tell them, I was treated like complete trash and that minutes to get out now I was gonna have plenty of time to be out, but that made a huge problem and it was like you’re gonna throw my stuff out or call the cops type of situation is the way I felt and hurry hurry hurry I didn’t even get sheets so they really all they have to do is brush the bed off and change the pillowcases which I doubt they did this place. I don’t think they change the pillowcases I ever hardly ever. But I will be seeking a refund if possible I would have not stayed here and will never stay at quality inn to be honest, I’m quite frustrated and if thought about it could make this message a lot better but I just don’t care and I am completely upset with them

Nice hotel and great price
Room was clean and well maintained. Just a few scratch marks on the wall where a chair rubbed it. Bed was very comfortable, and sheets and towels were a nice quality. Breakfast was a really pleasant surprise. The breakfast had 3 waffle makers so no waiting, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juices, mini muffins and both regular and decaf coffee. Although it is the older-style motel with rooms to the outside, property is well lit and has numerous security cameras, along with a manned front desk. I would stay here again if passing through.
