My room was not ready for check in at 10 p.m. at night. Had to wait an hour until 11 p.m. The next day, there were issues with the lock in the door and had to have maintenance open the door.

As soon as we entered the room i needed to use the bathroom. The toilet was not clean; i had to use disinfecting wipes to clean dried urine and feces off the toilet seat and seat hinges. There was also a lot of hair on thr bathroom floor. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. There were dried spills inside and dirt snd spills inside the door handle, as well as a couple of hairs. There were no waste bsskets or trash receptacles of any kind in the room. We had to provide our own bags for trash. The heat seemed to work well. While there were no pets allowed except ADA animals, the desk clerk was sitting in the lobby area with a little dog running around. No other guests were present. There was quite a bit of activity in the parking lot: numerous people standing around near the vehicles (including ours) for an extended period of time. This was concerning. I realize we rented thr cheapest room available, but cleanliness should always be included in the price of the room.

A necessary consequence of the American emphasis on freedom with a decline in the importance of responsibility. Room smelled like cigarette and cannabis smoke. Blue? stains on the towels. Burn marks on the blankets. Got two beds instead of one. The refrigerator worked I guess. Attendant was friendly but terribly overworked. Parking was anxiety-inducing. Noisy. Windows missing screens.

The location was convenient. The front desk person was welcoming and friendly. The first room they sent me to was out of commission, filthy dirty and parts pulled out of stove top. Room I was moved to was OK. Sheets were clean but the floors were dirty. I stepped in something sticky, that was not dropped by me, in the middle of the night. When I cleaned it with a washcloth in the room, the washcloth was brown when I picked it up. I didn't feel comfortable in the room after that.

The property had CIG BUTTS all over and the NS policy was ignored. Curtains were dirty and had holes in them. The floors were dirty and except for the fridge working its far from a condition of extend stays or one night. How does the property pass inspection and electrical panel on elevator is loose.

It started out. We go to my room and hear Voices. Yeah, I knocked there were two Young ladies standing there. One call the office The lady that checks us in is awesome. I was almost upset. Mom and I are on room. See you in the gra duration for today. Thank you. Where were you time here that lady checkers in? She's the best to give her a raise.he you don't live here. I say wow comes Furnished, with women. I was joking But I did say that.

I had a great day just wish that you could stay longer than 28 days before you have to leave the hotel and then come back because there was a little bit of the difficulty for me because I'm booking the hotels because I'm in town for work and I'm relocating here but I'm with my pregnant fiance and I had a lot of luggage when we moved here so I had to I did 28 days there and then I was trying to see if we can extend it or another week or two and then they told us we had to leave and then come back after a day years too but it was really inconvenient when I'm a pain customer and then I had to find leave a day early from the room find where I'm going to stay again and then bring all of our luggage and stuff while my fiance stayed at the hotel looking to move it move all of our luggage because she's pregnant and she wouldn't be able to do it yourself it would have been nice if I could have just extended it and just kept it as long as I'm paying customer but it didn't go that way

As soon as I walked in the room there was a light smell of cigarettes, upon further inspection the floor has debris, wasn’t mopped, the fridge was dirty in the inside, looked like rodent droppings on the ac, no tv remote, stuck on debris in the kitchen sink, microwave dirty, when I lifted the toilet set it smelt of urine badly, the shower had hair all over it, and I found a freakin bandaid on the bathroom floor! The only thing that I think was clean was the sheets! Then I got people above me making a racket for hours in the middle of the night.
