Mixed Experience at Margaritaville Beach House
Our family of 12 stayed at Margaritaville Beach House after a New Year’s cruise. While we appreciated the late check-out, excellent concierge service, and clean lobby, other aspects fell short.
The concierge was a standout, offering fantastic dinner, brunch, and parking recommendations while being welcoming and attentive to our group’s needs. However, the check-in process was rushed and unpleasant, with the clerk appearing annoyed. In our suites, essentials like pull-out bedding and enough towels for four guests were missing. When I called to request an extra towel, the response was dismissive, and the clerk ended the call with “whatever.”
Front desk Staff could greatly benefit from improved communication and customer service training to ensure a better overall experience.
