Impressions.
The elevator wasn't working. This didn't cause me any problems but I felt bad watching cleaning staff lug materials up the stairs. The hallways and especially the stairways smelled heavily of marijuana. Also the smell of pot came in from the neighboring room. Also, sound traveled easily between rooms so I could hear the television and conversation next door. My room was clean and staff were friendly. I wish there were cups to use in the room which weren't disposable.

Good times but not really
The elevator was down and has been down all year. Then they will put you on the 5th floor. I was told they would get me on a lower floor the next day but that was not true. I should have taken a picture of the Hair in the sink but I was so tried from having to walk 5 levels of steps. So if you don’t mind walking up 5 level of step Get your workout. The can do better. This is why this hotel is cheaper. I felt like an episode of Goodtimes. The hallway smells like weed well. I wish I would have chosen another hotel

Not Staying Here Again!
The only elevator was not working. It was difficult for two senior citizens to lug luggage up the fire escape steps. We should have been told ahead of time so we could have reserved a hotel somewhere else. The bed frame is too big for the mattress causing two metal bars to stick out two inches. I hit one and cut my leg. The hotel needs remodeling.

Decent stay despite a few "inconvenience"
Thanks to the Hotels.com recent review, due to the renovation, I lowered the "expectation bias" quite a bit. As I personally did not mind climbing up to the 4th floor, international travelers who have large suitcase could be a different story. To me, 24/7 shuttle bus service to BWI airport plus free breakfast did offset the negative; however, yes, this facility desperately need an urgent renovation -- especially an awkward room entry (i.e. flimsy card scan and knob upward instead of "usual" down). Thankfully, the room was still okay with small refrigerator and microwave to enjoy meal there. Bed was decent but a bit too soft for me. Still, it was quiet enough for me to have a good night sleep. We shall see how the renovation goes in the near future as this location is convenient and lots of potential. Thank you very much.

The elevators were down, which was fine, but the stairs are on the very ends of each hall and my room was the last in the hall. This meant that I heard the door slam all night long, which kept me and my dog up. The room wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t a single trash can in the room.

Bad smell
The room was clean but was not happy with the elevator being down since January of 2025, had to take stairs to my room, to the third floor. Stair wells reeked of marijuana and the hallways. Front desk could have been a little bit friendlier. Would I stay there again, probably not..
