Bad shuttle made stay bad
We were very angry that the hotel would not pick us up. Our flight was over 2 hours and the shuttle service stopped at midnight. We had to pay $22.95 for an uber! Needless to say we were very unhappy. Not our fault the weather forced us to circle DFW for over 1 1/2 hours. We could not even let hotel know. Will not stay at another candlewood suits again. There were other courtesy vans picking up people at 2:30 in the morning

Home Away From Home, Possibly Better
Karan, the front desk person I spoke with, was joyful, polite, patient, even empathetic when I told him how my flight had been canceled so I needed a place to stay. He is very friendly and personable. The shuttle driver was also nice. The suite was like a mini home away from home and very comfortable. Microwave, coffee-maker, full-size refrigerator, iron and ironing board; the works; comfortable bed, super clean, just very nice. There were tons upon tons of sports stations on the TV, even a cowboys station, which I had not heard of before. I had a great experience. Thank you.

Slow check in. Nice room
The clerk took an incredibly long time checking in guests, like she was reading a long legal contract on the screen, and people piled up. She over booked the shuttle which was just a van and didn’t accommodate enough people. I was in the lobby over 30 minutes trying to check in before midnight.

Top tier hotel
Room was super clean and had more amenities than I expected, this is a really nice hotel and very comfortable with full kitchen in suites. No breakfast and coffee machine the was out of service. They do have a free shuttle to transport back and forth from the airport.
