Safe area, great staff

We stay here often because we are taking care of elderly parents. Ant is always so friendly and full of life when we check in. A absolute pleasure to see after a long hard day. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. 24/7 coffee in the breakfast area. They are in the process of redoing all the rooms.

Ant ( Anthony )is the best CSR there. The breakfast never changes ( scrambled eggs , sausage , white bread , Belgium waffles, chocolate muffins , apples or oranges ….. so we bring what we like to eat ( cheese , English muffins , to make an egg sandwich) fruit, plain yogurt etc ) They are refurbishing all the rooms.

I would suggest this hotel for sure !!

This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is ok. Same food everyday. We stayed a feel nights so I went out and bought English muffins ( they had white toast and sugar muffins ) cheese, hot sauce and precooked bacon. I was making my own egg muffin daily ! They have 24/7 hot coffee /hot water. That is a plus. There is a pool that my husband enjoyed. There is no jacuzzi. We opted for no housekeeping and the front staff was very accommodating for many items we needed . This hotel is closer to my in-laws , we will be choosing this hotel instead of the ones closer to downtown Concord. We always had some kind of problems at those other hotels , no problems here.
