A lovely stay every single time! We love how close it is to everything, how cozy and beautiful the hotel and how welcoming and kind the staff is! It's unfortunate that there are some fairly sketchy individuals around the hotel (but mostly towards byward market a couple of blocks over) but the hotel itself felt safe!

One of our favourite places to stay whenever we visit Ottawa. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is rich with history and is located centrally within walking distance to Parliament Hill, Byward Market and the Rideau Centre.

Fairmont Chateau Laurier

This historic hotel has a rich history and excellent location. Zoe’s restaurant and bar serves good food and drinks and services were excellent. The housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. However the services at checkout, valet parking and bellman service were terrible. It was disorganized and chaotic and took long time.

Been on the road a few days so it was great to get to a better hotel. The room, was fine, but absolutely no view. Had breakfast the next morning and it was outstanding! Perfectly cooked eggs benny, and my husband really enjoyed the buffet.
